1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Shipment cancellation before dispatch

  • Duplicate or incorrect payments

  • Failure to provide the agreed logistics service due to our error

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Shipments already dispatched or delivered

  • Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Seized or restricted goods due to legal or customs violations

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued after deducting:

  • Handling fees

  • Administrative costs

  • Carrier or customs charges already incurred

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue

  • Requests should include shipment reference number and reason for refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method
