At ExpressCargoDeutschland, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may apply.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Shipment cancellation before dispatch
Duplicate or incorrect payments
Failure to provide the agreed logistics service due to our error
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Shipments already dispatched or delivered
Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Seized or restricted goods due to legal or customs violations
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued after deducting:
Handling fees
Administrative costs
Carrier or customs charges already incurred
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue
Requests should include shipment reference number and reason for refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method
